Before contacting support, check whether the issue is a format limitation or a real processing problem. For website delivery, WebP is usually the recommended first test. PNG can be the right format for transparency and UI graphics, but it is often larger for photos. If a conversion produces a bigger file, TinySharp should explain that clearly and keep the smaller option when the workflow is optimization-focused.
