Who this policy covers

This policy applies to tinysharp.com, TinySharp account features, TinySharp API usage, the WordPress connector and the TinySharp browser extension.

Information you provide

TinySharp may process account email addresses, support messages, billing-related identifiers, API keys, connected site information and files selected by the user for image optimization workflows.

Images and file processing

When you use hosted TinySharp API workflows, selected image files may be sent to TinySharp servers for compression, conversion, audit or optimization. WordPress connector backups are stored on the connected WordPress site when backups are enabled. Website tools may process locally where technically possible, or through TinySharp hosted services when a server workflow is required.

WordPress connector data

The WordPress connector may send selected image files, site URL, plugin version, API key and basic optimization statistics to TinySharp for authentication, quota tracking and service delivery.

Chrome extension data

The Chrome extension scans the current webpage only after the user clicks Scan. In guest mode, usage is stored locally in the browser with a random installation ID. The extension does not read passwords, cookies, emails, browsing history or unrelated page data. When an API key is connected, selected images may be sent to TinySharp API for hosted optimization.

Account plans and usage

TinySharp may store plan status, API usage counters, connected workflow records and billing identifiers needed to provide Free, Premium, Agency or Lifetime access. API key rotation does not automatically reset usage.

Payments

Payments and subscription management may be handled by Paddle or another payment provider. TinySharp stores only the identifiers needed to connect the payment event to the user plan and dashboard status. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not stored by TinySharp.
