Terms of Service
These terms outline acceptable use for TinySharp website tools, account features, API access, the WordPress connector and the Chrome extension.

Use of TinySharp
TinySharp provides tools for image conversion, compression, optimization, audit and related workflows. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any image or file you upload, select or send through the service.
Website, WordPress and Chrome access
A TinySharp account may be used across the website tools, WordPress connector and Chrome extension. Plan limits apply to hosted TinySharp services and account-based API usage. Guest or local functionality may have separate local limits.
API keys
API keys are private credentials. You are responsible for keeping them secure and updating connected WordPress sites or browser extension settings if a key is rotated.
Image processing results
Optimization results depend on the source file, target format, quality settings, browser support and server workflow. TinySharp does not guarantee a specific percentage reduction or that every conversion will make a file smaller.
WordPress connector
The WordPress connector is designed to connect your WordPress media workflow with TinySharp services and/or local plugin functionality. You are responsible for testing backups, restore behavior and output quality before relying on changes in production.
Chrome extension
The Chrome extension is intended for your own image audit and optimization workflows. You should only optimize or download images that you are allowed to use. Some websites may block image fetching or downloads.
Fair use and abuse prevention
TinySharp may apply quota protection, connected site tracking, rate limits or abuse prevention to protect the service and prevent repeated bypass of plan limits.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans may renew automatically until cancelled. When subscription management is available, cancel from My Dashboard before the next billing date.
Refund policy
Refunds are usage-aware. If a billing period has already been used for optimization, API processing or connected workflows, TinySharp may issue a partial refund rather than a full refund, depending on time used and optimization activity.
Availability
TinySharp aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party service issues or technical limitations may affect access.
