Launch-only option
A lifetime launch deal can be offered for a limited period, for example $149 one-time. It must be controlled from the TinySharp admin/billing system so it can be enabled or disabled for launch windows, and users should see it only while it is officially available.
Billing policy
API keys may be rotated, but monthly usage is tied to the account period and connected site. Creating a new account for the same website does not restart the website quota. Paid plans renew until cancelled from My Dashboard. Refunds can be partial when the service has already been used during the billing period.
Simple counting
TinySharp avoids the confusing experience where every generated thumbnail looks like a separate credit in the UI. Users see one uploaded image as one optimization, while TinySharp can still control internal processing fairly.
Upgrade path
The free experience proves the product works, while Premium and Agency plans unlock the repeat workflows that serious WordPress sites need.
FAQ
These answers explain the TinySharp plan model for the website tools, API and WordPress connector.
Yes. Guest mode gives a small monthly quota for one-by-one image optimization from Media Library. Bulk starts after creating a free account and adding an API key.
In the UI, one uploaded WordPress image counts as one optimization. Standard WordPress sizes generated from that upload are included.
The connector asks the user to create a free account, add an API key, or upgrade to Premium, Agency or an available lifetime launch offer.
No. Lifetime access should be a limited launch promotion that can be enabled or disabled from the billing/admin system.
Yes. Paid users should use the Manage subscription link in My Dashboard to cancel before the next renewal. TinySharp can also send a renewal reminder before the billing date.
Refunds are usage-aware. If a plan has been actively used during the billing period, refunds may be partial instead of full, based on time used and optimization activity.
